The moment you see the power in your battery is close to 50% or less, simply log into the EZR POWER HUB APP.
Enter your details and select the battery type.
The APP will display the nearest BSS and available number of charged batteries at the BSS.
You can reserve a battery and click on the GPS to direct you to the BSS along the shortest/quickest route.
On arrival at the BSS, follow the 5 easy steps in your APP to swap/exchange the discharged battery for a fresh full power battery in minutes.All a rider has to do once the BSS is reached is to open the EZR POWER HUB APP, scan the QR of the BSS, then select the battery type and press on the “continue” button to open the locker/cabinet door.
Once the door is open, remove the discharged battery from the bike, place it inside the empty cabinet and connect to the charging cable inside the locker, note to close the cabinet door and follow and complete the payment message appearing on your mobile.
On payment, the door of the cabinet containing the charged battery will open.
Simply unplug the battery, remove it from the cabinet, note to close the cabinet door, insert the battery in the scooter/bike, connect the cable and drive away.
